What time does the sheriff do evictions?

At the time from the eviction, the owner should be offered by 8 a.m. to noon to “greet” the Sheriff. The Sheriff will often pull-up to the position of the eviction inside a marked patrol vehicle. Usually, the Sheriff’s Deputy won’t leave the vehicle.

If you’re evicted through the Sheriff, you’ve 72 hrs (3 full days) to take your possessions. During individuals 72 hrs, your landlord must keep the things in or near your home and should allow you to have them any time between 8 a.m. and eight p.m.
